Aura is a confident, affectionate kitten with a sweet disposition. She is the first to investigate new people or things and she has made amazing progress, learning that people are fun to interact with and new noises and things are not always scary. Aura loves to play with her litter mates and will hold her own when wrestling with Toshi, who is much bigger than her. She loves her naps and enjoys snuggling with her litter mates but is also happy to settle in on a warm lap for some affection before napping. Aura is an active kitten - she loves chasing toys on the floor and especially likes batting around springs or other small toys. Tunnels are also a favourite plaything and she is often found racing through them or jumping on whomever is in it. The cat tree is another spot Aura enjoys and she has claimed the top perch of every one in her foster’s home. Aura loves to be pet and will start purring almost immediately. She also enjoys being picked up and cuddled. In her foster home, Aura has interacted with their adult cats and is starting to warm up to them. She was tolerant of the foster’s small dog but not interested in playing with it. Aura’s ideal forever home would have another kitten or kitten friendly cat, older or cat experienced children and a quieter home environment.
