Carrot is a happy, fun loving boy. He turns the purrs up to full volume as soon as anyone pays attention to him. He plays gently with his toys and other cats. He is respectful with older cats and does not annoy them as long as he has another playmate for the lively activities.  After the action he seeks a lap to settle in for a power nap - often stretching out and hanging over the sides. Carrot is very talkative and lets it be known that he enjoys the occasional serving of canned food. He is a typical kitten and has to know everything - he checks out people's food but does not consume it and he must assist with all household tasks. At night he can be a mischief and pounce on unsuspecting sleeping people, so intensive play before sleep time is recommended or a closed door.  He is clean with his litter box (although not always covering)  and he allows his nails to be trimmed with no resistance. Carrot met a friendly dog with no issues and is passive with other cats. He must have a lively playmate in his new home or he will expect his people to entertain him.
