**Joy and Bliss are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Joy is a gentle, timid, and cautious young lady who blossoms beautifully with patience and kindness. She prefers to be approached softly and builds trust on her own timeline, but once she feels safe, her affectionate nature truly shines. When comfortable, Joy loves being petted and brushed, and she especially enjoys belly rubs from the people she trusts most.

Joy isn’t quite a lap cat yet, but she enjoys sitting close by, quietly sharing space with her favourite humans. As her confidence grows, she reveals a playful side—she loves being active and can often be seen wrestling and chasing with her best friend and bonded companion, Bliss. She also enjoys grooming Bliss, a sweet reflection of the strong bond they share.

One of Joy’s favorite pastimes is sitting by the back sliding porch door, watching squirrels and birds go about their day. She prefers to keep all four paws on the ground rather than being picked up and feels most secure in calm, predictable environments. Around guests, Joy is quite shy and will often choose a safe hiding spot until things quiet down.

Joy is tidy with her food and benefits from a deep litter box, as she enjoys digging. She enjoys scratching her nails and reliably uses a vertical scratching post. Nail trims are best managed with two people to help her feel secure.

Joy would truly thrive in a quiet home with no young children, where her need for calm and routine is respected. Joy must be adopted with Bliss, as the two are deeply bonded and raised their kittens together, sharing a deep and comforting connection. If you’re looking for a soft-hearted companion who will reward patience with trust, affection, and quiet devotion, Joy—along with Bliss—may be the perfect addition to your home.
